Introduction

Shirley Farrell is the founder and Principal Consultant at HR Management Services.  Shirley’s career in Management began in the retail and hospitality sector during 1990’s.

Shirley’s qualifications in Business – HR Management and complimentary disciplines underpins a structured approach as an HR Consultant working in HR Management.  She has been involved int the successful design, implementation and management of a wide range of HR Management initiatives and services.

HR Management Services partners with small, medium and growing businesses to create workplaces where employees are respected and valued for the contribution they make. Through collaboration and a shared vision, our clients achieve high levels of employee engagement which results in superior business performance.
